All of the meat used for our venison jerky are from deer under 3 years old and are raised in the most natural of ways. Our Venison is extremely lean and is a lot less gamey than what you would find wild in the woods. We use a whole-muscle flank steak to give it that unique texture that everyone has grown to love and expect. If you’re a little more health-conscience, venison jerky is a perfect choice.
This venison jerky variety has been pleasing jerky fans since the late-80’s. This variety is a little gamey, but mixed with our original seasoning, the flavor is just right.
Original seasoning is the base for this variety, then we add a lot of white pepper and coarse black pepper to give it that peppery kick. Our pepper venison jerky is not so much hot as it is peppery. This too has been around since the late 80’s.
What we’ve done here is take the original venison jerky and really hit it with some serious rich natural hickory smoke. When you think of “old school” jerky, this is what you get.
This is another variety we started making in the late 80’s. We put a lot of different spices into this variety to make the perfect BBQ flavor.
This is our newest jerky for the 2017 Holiday Season. It has a nice mild teriyaki flavor paired with venison. We should have been making this years ago!!
