We use the entire turkey breast for our turkey jerky. It’s extremely lean, and very tasty. What everyone loves is that our turkey jerky is soft and moist. Another cool thing, all of our turkey is raised right here in Grand Rapids. Our 8 varieties of turkey jerky ranges from mild, to sweet, to medium heat.
What we’ve done here is take the original turkey jerky and really hit it with some serious rich hickory smoke. When you think of “old school” jerky, this is what you get.
This variety is turkey meat with a sweet ham flavor. This has been a fan favorite since the mid-80’s. This one is our most popular turkey jerky.
The name says it all for this variety of turkey jerky, sweet with a mustard flavor. We also add a little coarse black pepper to make this a truly unique flavor. We’ve been making this one since the late 80’s.
Back in the early 80’s, this was the 2nd variety of jerky we made. We used the same popular original seasoning as we do for our original beef jerky. This turkey jerky variety is mild with a combination of many many spices.
The name says it all…sweet with the perfect amount of heat. Brown sugar is the sweet and habanero is the heat for this turkey jerky. There’s also a touch of garlic, so how can you go wrong! We also have a few other secret ingredients we won’t mention. Rating in heat: 3
We put a lot of different spices into this turkey jerky variety to make the perfect BBQ flavor. It’s sweet and perfect, and a favorite amongst the youngsters.
This variety has a big Cajun flavor with a little spicy kick. This turkey jerky is also very lean. Rating in heat: 1
This is another new variety of turkey jerky. Our BBQ seasoning is the base for this one. We then add a bunch of honey and chipotle. The combination is really really nice. Rating in heat: 1
This variety is mild, but bursting with big teriyaki flavor.
Original seasoning is the base for this turkey jerky variety. We then kick it up a notch with some white pepper and coarse black pepper. This one isn’t really hot, it’s just really peppery.
