Since I’m a fan of serious heat levels, this wasn’t great for me but I can tell it has a bit of lingering heat and is kind of sweet. People that are sensitive to spicy food will probably enjoy this one quite a bit. The quality of the meat is top notch!

Balanced,low heat, good flavor.

The small bit of heat brings out the flavor, but to me the flavors didn't stand out, but I could still eat pounds of this.... Just while I am I would wish that I got either something more flavored or hot or both.

If you are not super into spice but wanted a hint of it though, this would be your jerky.

Keeps me coming back :) Just enough spicy for me. And I like spicy. Delicious!
