Love this. I personally could use a little less swiss, but it's still really good. Good combination of flavors and textures.

This sausage has a fine grind compared to most, and it gives a pleasant, smooth texture and an easy chew.  

The flavor is like no sausage I've ever had, partly because I've never had Morel sausage before.  I've eaten a lot of Morels in my day (usually scrambled with eggs because that's how my mom cooked them) so I know the flavor, and it comes through subtly but is very noticeable.  The ratio of meat, cheese and mushroom is just right, and the seasoning is spot on.

The combination of the grind, the Morels, and the swiss cheese is great.  I was super hungry after work when I opened the package from the mailman with this sausage in it, and I had to stop myself from eating the whole pound right off the bat.  I managed to save some for tomorrow. :-)

This sausage is absolutely fantastic! I was blown away by how good it was. Very easy to eat and the fact that it has morels in it, make it even better. Getting ready to order some more so I don't run out anytime soon. Excellent product.

This is hands down the best summer sausage EVER. It should have its own category. All other summer sausages pale in comparison. I dice up a big slab a put it in the pan with a couple of eggs...mmmwa! Delicious!

Hands down the most delicious summer sausage I've ever tasted. I can't get enough. We picked some up on vacation and I've already ordered more online. I've been telling everyone about it! A must but if your want to surprise yourself with flavor!
