We use the pork sirloin for this jerky variety. It's not quite as lean as most of our other varieties, but wow does that extra marbling add flavor! This variety is on the sweeter side. Also, this has been around since the late-80's.

Bacon Jerky

First off, we start by slicing the bacon very very thick. We then marinate the bacon in maple syrup, brown sugar, a touch of chipotle, along with some other secret ingredients to make this bacon jerky truly unique and addictive addition to our lineup.
