Dublin Jerky has been making beef jerky made in Michigan since 1975, when we started out of The Dublin Store. What began as a small operation has grown into over 70 varieties of gourmet jerky, all made in-house at our Grandville, Michigan location -- but the handmade approach hasn't changed.

 Our Jerky-Making Process

Every batch starts with whole-muscle meat, never mystery trimmings, seasoned with our own spice blends and smoked jerky-style over real hickory wood. It's a slower process than mass production, but it's why our jerky comes out tender instead of tough, and why customers keep telling their friends about us - word-of-mouth has always been our best advertising.

Premium Ingredients, No MSG

We use the highest quality meats and spices available, and we've never added MSG to a single product. That's a promise we've kept since 1975, and it's a big part of why Dublin Jerky is a snack you can feel good about.
